Relax. Restore. Rewild! This 4 day/3 night retreat was designed for the inspired outdoor enthusiast looking to fuse yoga and meditation with wild desert adventures. Our unique and eclectic team of certified guides and instructors carefully craft each retreat to provide a fun, safe and inspiring experience while exploring the landscape of the natural world around us and our own wild nature. Daily outdoor yoga & meditation serves to ground, center and connect us to the landscape, bringing mindfulness to our movement as we engage in the physical world of rock climbing, canyoneering and stand up paddle boarding (SUP). If you are looking for an immersive outdoor experience focused on holistic well-being practices and active adventures, then follow the call of the wild and join us on the adventure!

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations entail comfortably glamorous tent camping in a scenic location within 15 minutes drive of Moab, Utah. Large canvas tents, extra large cots, super comfy sleeping bags and pillows are provided. Tents are shared between 2 people with tent dividers provided for privacy. Here, nature will provide the soundtrack and the cosmos will present the backdrop to one of the best night viewing skies in America.
ABOUT THE FOOD
A proper diet fuels the body and gives it the energy it needs to grow, play and sustain itself. Along with help from registered dietitians, local farmers and foodies, we've crafted delicious recipes and balanced meal plans to suit your active lifestyle. All meals and snacks will be provided and prepared fresh from natural vegetarian foods that promote optimum vitality and health. As much as possible, food will be organic and locally sourced from Moab farms. Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements and we can happily accommodate you.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
BY VEHICLE: Moab is located in the Southeast desert of Utah along Hwy 191. You can get to Hwy 191 via the north route of Interstate-70, via the south route through AZ or NM, or along many other scenic byways and highways. Carpooling is encouraged!
BY PLANE: The 3 closest airports are, respectively: Canyonlands Field Airport (20 min drive), Grand Junction Regional Airport (~2 hours drive) and Salt Lake City International Airport (~4 hours drive). Arrival times vary by airport, with limited flights in/out of Canyonlands Field Airport. There are car rental companies at all airports as well as shuttle services to/from Moab. Let us know if you would like a shuttle and we can arrange one for you with one of our partners.
