JESSICA JOY HOLT | SUP & Yoga Instructor

Jessica Joy has been practicing yoga since 2011 and sharing the practice since 2015. She completed her 200 Hour RYT through Yoga Alliance in 2014 in Cincinnati, OH with the Yoga Alive Studio. Ever since, she has continued her search, growth, and love for the practice. Jessica offers an encompassed style of teaching with a focus on the energy exchange and awareness through each individual, specifically through a Hatha and vinyasa flow base. Jessica’s classes are accessible to all levels of students, focused on the flowing movements and following the breath to assist in the connection between the mind, body, and soul.
